The business was formed by the merger of four companies, each specialising in specific capabilities and regions, bringing together a true end-to-end entity. The new name, Catalyx, is a play on the word "catalyst" – a substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction, while also speaking to speed, enablement and the ability to perform better.
